From Development to
Clinical and Commercial Manufacturing

The facility is purposely designed to deliver high-quality cell-based therapy products with our partners

Lykan’s 64,000 sq. ft. clinical and commercial manufacturing facility is located approximately 25 miles southwest of downtown Boston in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, and is close to several international airports which provide numerous shipping alternatives.

The Lykan facility operates configurable Process, Analytical Development and Technology Transfer laboratories supporting our innovation efforts, and QC labs to ensure quality compliance from development to cGMP manufacturing.

Lykan’s ISO 7 cleanroom core is surrounded by ISO 8 transfer corridors and contains 14 fully isolated processing suites allowing simultaneous processing of multiple products.

Six additional cGMP suites were added in early 2023 in order to meet the increased capacity demand from our partners, which will bring the total to 14 suites. Lykan is capable of supporting both US and EU clinical and commercial production with the expansion.

Lykan’s facility provides our team and our partners with an innovative space and a safe environment. We provide dedicated, private offices for our partners while on-site supporting in-person collaboration and teamwork.
