What We Can Do
With our patient-driven, partner focused supply chain, we know everything we manage, source, qualify, or onboard is critical to creating a quality product that will help patients.
Our team has approximately 100 years of collective experience, housed in our operations command center. We are here to make supply chain more robust for our partners, maintaining an adaptable and flexible approach.
We have robust processes to streamline supply chain and logistics efforts, including but not limited to:
- Overall supply chain management
- Raw material onboarding
- Supplier qualification and onboarding in collaboration with the Lykan Quality Assurance department
- Logistics collaboration with partners including qualified couriers, shipment and material tracking, and more.
- Support of partners’ manufacturing runs
- Procurement and strategic sourcing
- A 4,800 sq. ft warehouse with ambient, refrigerated, and frozen material storage
Chain of Identity (COI) and Chain of Custody (COC)
Our COI and COC processes are fully validated. Once we receive notification of inbound donor/patient material, we begin our tracking efforts. Through receipt, manufacturing, storage, and transport, COI and COC are strictly maintained. With innovation being a foundational value at Lykan, we are constantly striving to improve our processes.
Robust Support
We strive to de-risk the supply chain in Procurement and Strategic Sourcing by researching alternatives and qualifying secondary providers, resulting in a more robust supply chain.
By providing our partners the option to source shared raw materials, we achieve an economy of scale that enables the reduction in overall raw material cost for each individual product.
Our team works in a cross-functional collaboration space designed as our Operations Command Center. This provides centralized coordination of all aspects of the operation and enables real-time troubleshooting.
